我作为一个专业的汽车体系（从1998年的QS－9000开始）的审核员，实在看不懂你的提问：1、作为质量管理体系的要素个体审核，只有严重不符合、轻微不符合、建议观察项三种。2、TS16949的规范要求零缺陷，现场审核、内审、过程审核、产品审核均要求零缺陷，所以现场审核要求轻微不符合的、事后又提供书面证据，保证零缺陷要求；但是绝对没有计分要求的。3、只有过去贯标德国汽车工业协会标准VDA6.1(质量管理体系要求）有计分要求的。4、质量管理体系的过程依据ISO9001标准，分为三种过程（与顾客有关、基础管理、辅助支持）但是没有一种要求计分的。5、只有在具体的过程能力指数、顾客满意度、设备能力指数、质量水平（百万分之合格率）、风险程度指数（RPN）等具体的表单、记录里才要求计分、计数，并且有一定量化目标的。
