其实我感觉wanna gotta gonna频率很高。都是口语。说的快时候变异出来的发音，然后才有的这些词。有个不登大雅的词fucking 说的时候几乎都是fuckin' 的发音。
可以看的出来 这些缩写都是日常使用频率极高的词汇组合。出现连读 以至读的时候省略都是可以理解的。咱们说 “不要” 不还爱说成“嫑” 吗？呵呵 ，所以这个字用的多了也就应运而生嘛~~这种问题是语言长期在民间进化的原因。起初不正式，用的人多了就。。。。。（其实世上本没有这些词，用的人多了，也便成了词O(∩_∩)O）
