从事超精密机械与控制等方面研究,承担973、863、国家自然基金项目10余项,现为国家重大专项项目、重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)课题负责人。共发表论文80余篇,其中SCI、EI收录40余篇,引用110余次,申请国家发明专利22项,美国专利2项。
