1989年至1993年就读于浙江工学院获建筑工程教育专业，获工学学士学位；
1997年至2000年就读于浙江大学农业经济管理专业，获管理学硕士学位；
2002年至2005年就读于浙江大学土壤学专业（土地资源管理方向），获农学博士学位。
现任浙江大学公共管理学院教授、博士生导师、土地管理系系主任[1]、土地政策工作坊负责人、浙江大学土地与国家发展研究院总工程师。
