日本这方面比较宽松，大部分都是作者持有版权，然后动画、游戏制作方来谈合作或者收购。使用了版权而没有经过作者同意，作者本人不主动起诉，就相安无事。所以有相当大量的同人作品。

游戏公司拿到动漫的游戏化IP，可以很大程度上凭着自己的意思来制作游戏，基本上就是挂动漫作品的名自由创作了，做得好不好原作者也没什么责任，全看游戏公司自己本事。
