综合利用基因组学,转录组学和代谢组学技术等现代组学技术:
1 解析具有重要经济价值和药用价值的植物次生代谢物的合成通路及其调控机制,并进一步探索其在合成生物学上的应用。
2 研究番茄,柑橘等作物与风味相关的挥发性物质的代谢与调控机制。[1]
